So here's my take on this one:
It looks like this little Rusky not only has a problem with their spelling, but they've used some sort of internet dictionary to transalate, because their words are hyphenated, and brokendown individually into basic english. So let's get this straight, one USA dollar is worth approx 31 Russian Rubles. Now if I'm saving "THOUSANDS" on these fakes, the original price may be close to a "MILLION or MILLIONS" whether it be Dollars or Rubles! So if they're worth their weight in gold, why not sell them privately and pocket the profit to enable a better life within the fortress they call Russia? ALSO, why 15% discount I hear you ask? Well according to this, Halloween is right around the corner, and they will sell the extras so as to cover the 15%!
